In the figure below the parabola (represented by the function g) has a minimum value when x=-2. If f(0)=9, then which of the following could be the value of f(-4)?

The axis of symmetry of the parabola is given by the equation x=-2. So f(-4)=9, since the -4 has equal distance from -2 as 0.


Therefore the correct answer is (C).
